You finish one sentence: where you are, what you are after, and the specific thing. That sentence goes to a curated library of pieces gathered from public sources, and a model picks a small ranked set and writes a line saying why each one fits what you asked. You get two or three named areas, a handful of pieces, and books and people who cover the same ground.
The library is gathered overnight, not live, so a piece published this morning may not be there yet. Every piece keeps a match score and a substance score, both out of ten, and a reason that has to point at something in the piece itself rather than praise it in general.
The library is a curated sample, not an index of everything. It is strongest on product, engineering, recruiting, design, data, finance, sales, marketing, operations and people leadership, and more recently medicine, law and research. Outside those it will often have nothing useful, and it says so rather than guessing.
Where there is only one good piece for an area, you get one piece and a note that more is coming. Nothing is padded to fill a slot. The model can also be wrong: it can misjudge the level, miss the point of a piece, or write a reason that sounds right and is not. If something looks wrong, it probably is.
The people shown are drawn from public information rather than an application or a vetting process. Nobody on the list has agreed to be there, and none of it is verified, so a person may be shown who does not offer coaching at all. Two entries were found that way and removed. There are likely others. If you spot one, use the report link on the row.
No account, no sign-in, no history, and your IP address is not stored.
The only thing kept is an email address, and only if you give one to see the rest of a brief. It is stored so you can be reached later, nothing is sent to you today, and the one-click link at the bottom of that panel deletes the row rather than marking it inactive. Nothing else about you is recorded next to it.
Every piece, book and person links to the original. Nothing is republished, rewritten or re-hosted here. Thumbnails and avatars are loaded from the platform they came from and are never downloaded, cropped or altered. Sources that ask not to be read are not read.
No one pays to be listed, ranked or recommended, and there is no advertising. Nothing is sponsored. If that ever changes, it will be marked on the row itself and said here first.
Every piece, book and person has a Report a problem link. It takes one tap and a reason: a wrong link, not relevant, wrong level, spam, or no longer active. Nothing is recorded about who reported it.
Reports are read by hand. A report on its own does not change what anyone else is shown, and nothing is hidden automatically on a count of complaints.
